Charitable gift planning ensures that First Tee - Four Corners can continue to impact the next generation of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.

Planned gifts of any size are a lasting way to make a difference for our young people. First Tee can accept legacy givfts in various ways, including:

Charitable Bequests

A gift in your will that is designated to First Tee - Four Corners either as a percentage of your estate or a stated dollar amount.

Beneficiary Designations

The ability to name First Tee - Four Corners as the beneficiary of funds from an irrevocable trust, life insurance policy, 401k or other retirement plan.

Charitable Lead Trusts

The opportunity to fund a trust that makes gifts to First Tee - Four Corners for a designated number of years and provides a charitable income tax deduction for the amount of the gift. After a fixed term, the trust assets are paid to the donor or donor’s beneficiaries.

Charitable Remainder Trusts

The opportunity to transfer assets such as securities or real estate into a trust, which sells your asset tax free and provides you with fixed income for life or a term of years. When the trust period ends, the assets remaining pass to First Tee - Four Corners.

IRA Charitable Rollover

Congress recently reinstated a law that allows you to make a tax-free gift from your IRA, known as the IRA charitable rollover. Individuals age 70 ½ and older can donate up to $100,000 from their IRAs tax-free.
